Event Details:
This registration is for the booth space/s at the 2005 CAPA Asian American Hertiage Festival. The event will run from 12PM till 6PM. However, setup may take place earlier.
*Please note: Due to the increase cost of insurance and fees, the booth prices have changed for 2005.
General Information
- Please be aware that there is no electrical outlets in
the park.
- Tent use is discouraged due to the peformance stage.
However, if it is absolutely necessary. Please inform
us by email and note there will be an additional
$100 fee per each tents.
- There is no parking on site, however, fast loading and
unloading will be permitted before 12PM. Any vehicle left
unattended will be tolled at owner's expense.
- Please note, due to fixed cost of park and insurance,
there will be no rain date or refunds. The festival will
go on rain or shine.
- Food vendors, please note no alcoholic beverage may be
served. Open fire is not permitted on park grounds, only
sternos and chafing trays are allowed.
- Each table is required to clean up and bring their garbage
to designated location. (Failure to do so will blacklist
you from any and all future CAPA events, including the
festival)
