Throughout all of United States history, Asian American faces have dotted the historical landscape. From the early Pacific railroad workers to today's internet tycoons, we have helped build and shape this country. Yet many of our history books often fail to make mention of our community's contributions to American society and culture. This year, we would like to set the record straight and showcase the men and women of Asian America, many of them unsung, who have touched the lives around them, inspired generations and perhaps helped change the world.
