Booth Package
Cost of booth rental varies by registration date and organization type. Rates reflected include early bird discount (if applicable). Booth package includes:
Table space at Festival
One 6’W uncovered table rental
Two folding chairs
Listed on Festival website
Day-of Interactions: Meet and greet with the guests, whether prospective customers and volunteers, or relevant community members
Inclusion on site map of Passbook.
Discount rates for ad space in Passbook. Passbooks are distributed to festival attendees at both locations and acts as a keepsake therefore you may want to post coupons specials.
Food vendors must have a valid food license/permits, and handle food according to health code.
Sales of items are allowed only if pre-approved by Festival Organizers
Website: Increases your web presence with a listing on Festival website
* The sale of packaged food, pastries and goods is okay; NO food vendors allowed at Flushing Festival
Note To Participants
Early bird special discount ended 4/1/2013, no exceptions
All sales are final
Early reservations with full payment will be given priority
CAPA reserves the right to refuse applications (with refund)
Participants should arrive no earlier than 10:00 am on the day of the Festival to set up booths
No serving of alcoholic beverages or use of a bullhorn or other form of sound amplification is permitted
Each organization is responsible for cleaning their booth area and bringing necessary garbage bags
